A high-performance adhesive and sealant 

DELTA®-TILAXX is a high-performance adhesive and sealant specifically designed for use with all DELTA® air-, vapor-, and water-resistive barriers. It is the product of choice for use around windows and doors to make the air barrier continuous.

The product is composed of an elastic one-component adhesive base and is solvent free.

The easy-to-use 310 mL cartridge has perfect grip and efficacy even on glass, stone, steel, zinc metal, aluminum, and other building materials. Even after curing, the adhesive remains flexible.

Quick-setting (depends on temperature and humidity)

Aggressive tack provides increased adhesion.

USES

DELTA®-TILAXX  contributs to the air and water tightness of the building enclosure by sealing overlaps (ends laps and side laps) of DELTA® air and water-resistive barriers.  DELTA®-TILAXX forms an exceptional bond to common contruction materials, making it an ideal component to create continuity in air and water-tightness wal and roof assemblies.  DELTA®-TILAXX is part of DELTA® premium system accessories that complete a WRB/Air Barrier installation.  Designed for applications above 5 degree C (40 degrees F).

LIMITATIONS

Apllly under dry conditions above  5 degree C (40 degrees F).

Store DELTA®-TILAXX  above 50 degree C (32 degrees F).

Do not freeze.  Do not use if frozen.
